Just Friends?

Okay so is it just me or is there some line where friendship lays? I'm speaking of a male/female friendshp of course. I was told when I was younger that "males and females can't just be friends". I never actually believed this as I have had multiple males who were in fact, just friends. EXAMPLE: My best friend of over seven years is a male. Reccently its come to my attention that the line between friendship and what I would consider more than friendship is becoming harder and harder to see. Sometimes, I could swear the line has disappeared altogether.

Reasons I've come to this conclusion... one night after a fairly large consumption of alcoholic beverages, my best friend (we'll call him Mr.D) grabs me and kisses me.

... HELLO! WHERE IS THE LINE?!

Not here clearly. So after seven years of friendship we are kissing. Which we have decided silently to never speak of again. Whats a girl to do now? I was planning on dropping it, barrying it and never digging it up again. I chalked it up to a good wholesome drunken mistake. Trying to ignore the fact that he was sober when this kiss took place.

So in failure of my attempt to ignore this... we went to the bar last week. I'm checking out hot guys and Mr.D is looking at hot girls. Surely enough, he finds some girl and she starts flirting with him shamelessly. My usual reaction to this would be a good laugh. But nope, to complicate this... I was actually jealous!

I want the line back!
